If your order hasn't arrived after 15 working days (UK customers) or 25 working days (International customers) please send me an email together with your order number.

Royal Mail will not classify any post as missing or lost until after the time allotted has lapsed. Please check with your local Post Office, or with a neighbour in case your parcel has been misdelivered.

New EU Rules: GPSR came into force 13 December 2024. I regret I will be unable to post any orders to EU and Northern Ireland customers at this time. Please accept my apologies. I hope this situation will change.

Gathered and Woven purchases are not subject to VAT. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. If you are purchasing from outside of the UK, you may be liable for tax, or customs/import duty when your parcel arrives in your own country. All charges are the responsibility of the customer. If you have any concerns regarding import charges, please check with your local customs office for information prior to placing an order. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

I regret I am unable to dedicate the time required to facilitate custom orders at this time.

In order to be fair to all customers I do not reserve items. Everything in my shop is sold on a first come, first served basis.

I strive to ensure that all photographs accurately represent each item for sale. However, please note that variations in monitor settings may cause slight differences in how colours appear on your screen.

For your convenience I use PayPal and Stripe as secure payment gateways.

Please note: Squarespace currently does not support Verified by Visa or Mastercard Secure Code cards.

**The duty-free threshold (‘de minimis’) of $800 has been removed and replaced by tariffs (duties) which must be paid to US Customs and Border Protection (CBP). The tariff from the UK to the USA is 10%. This fee is automatically added to your ‘postage cost’ at checkout. Any other import costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
